The AutoLINK Productivity Package provides a communication facility to and from your turret press controller.
AutoLINK will load NC programmes into your turret press, and on controllers with a suitable RS232 facility, will also read programs from the NC controller for saving to disk. Worked in tandem with AutoPORT, AutoLINK sophisticated features eliminate the need to use paper tape, whilst retaining the ability of transferring old NC tape to computer.
There is an inbuilt editing facility provided in AutoLINK. It is driven by a menu interface that is simple enough for the machine operator on the shop floor to operate. We recommend that this package be run from an additional computer, located on the shop floor, that is connected to the machine controller. |
